Fashion's Fantastic at TGF!...

Hello, Farm friends....or should we say, FASHIONISTAS?  Well, we're assuming there are some fashionistas out there amongst you all!

We're here with just a few tiny teases of a BRAND NEW MISS ANYA set coming to The Greeting Farm! WOO HOO!  We know it's been a while, and we heard ya loud and clear that a new Miss Anya set was wanted by many... can you GUESS what the theme is?

Well, we're hoping you'll figure it out somewhere along the way, but for now, we have a 

SUPER FUN contest 

to announce!   Remember our "Club Anya Couture" contest from a few years past?  Well, we're vampin' and AMPING it up this time in search of our latest "FARM FASHIONISTA!"

What does that mean?   One lucky winner who shows us the most fashion and flair will WIN the ENTIRE SPETEMBER release...and there are FOUR new releases including the new Miss Anya set to be revealed on the 1st!

Here are the OFFICIAL RULES:

*Create a card or project using TGF stamps.   You can alter, fashion, reposition clothes, heads, whatever, but it needs to be with ONLY TGF Stamps.

Heart Journaling: Week 6

WEEK 6 - Text Me! (using lots of  text)

Assignment: Create a spread or a page using mainly text and lettering! This includes numbers, symbols, handwritten or typed, phrases, etc. Use any stamps you want, colors, etc. Not necessary to use any TGF stamps, this is YOUR journal, do what you want cuz you rule that journal!

Tip: Cut up text from old abandoned books or vintage children's books! They make great background imagery!

Due: Thursday Sept 1st no later than 12:00 pm noon cst. We start marking off assignments by 12:30 pm cst. Late uploads will not be accounted for. Woohoo! Week 6 now! Loving all the projects so far. :) I am horrible you guys, I'm like still a week behind now on my art journal. I actually had to do all our wholesale orders and start on some new upcoming designs this week. I was able to gesso my pages at least. I am gonna catch up next week for SURE! .... Oh Bean is being a handful as usual since she is crawling and standing now. Here's a picture of her from yesterday.

Hiya...it's Farmer Denice and I all I can say is WOW, have I ever been inspired while looking through the gallery this week. I have to be honest and say that a few months ago I used to go looking through "other" websites for inspiration but lately, I just come right here and find cards that inspire and spark my creativity...and I'm never disappointed! Here are a few reasons why....

Starting with this cute little note holder by KARAM, I'm lovin' the colors she used, and the flower in Stella's hair is perfect!

Designer Spotlight with Farmer Carisa!

I am thrilled to be hosting another designer spotlight with you today! It's always fun to get to know the other designers on the team and hope you love this feature as much as I do! I think it's well known that my favorite color medium of choice are copics! Well, there is always something new to learn in the world of coloring and I love to stretch myself by trying new techniques as well as just continuing to grow by coloring whenever I can. This past week, I was introduced to coloring with OUT black lines! What?! Yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking the first time. haha But then I kept seeing over and over the amazing outcomes with this technique so I just HAD to give it a try. I pulled out Birthday Anya 2 and stamped her with a very light palette ink called haystack. Then I began coloring her as I normally do. I always start with skin, then hair & clothing last. I started freaking out when I got to doing the hair but I persevered and in the end I loved how she turned out! I hope you do, too!

Hi friends! Unfortunately I do not have a spread to show you today. :*( With Ray being out of town for his band tour me stuck with a mobile baby and running the shop, I couldn't even get to start.
