Twirlin' into SPRING with Farm Fresh Friday...

Hey, everyone!

We are TWIRLING into Spring for this week's Farm Fresh Friday challenge and have a PREVIEW for you as well!

Before we get to all the excitement, I wanted to express my EXCITEMENT about the number of NEW PLAYERS we are getting for FFFs.  It is such a wonderful thing to have our regulars who are with us every week and then to see some brand new faces as well!  WELCOME to all the new players and thank you for your support to everyone who plays weekly.  That being said, we have some BIG ANNOUNCEMENTS coming in a few weeks about CHALLENGES...so STAY TUNED!

Today we have someone new Twirlin' about the Farm....it's...it's....

TWIRL ANYA!

This cute lil' Anya comes pinwheel in hand and will be released on March 1st!   We know it's been a while since we've released a new Anya and she is sure to twirl about the mail system into a mailbox near you!  Hooray!

Before we get to the amazing samples from the Design Teams, I wanted to make a few announcements:

***JUST a REMINDER about the upcoming CREEPIN' presale.   The Creepin' set will be available for ONE DAY ONLY, March 1st, along with the rest of our March release.   There will be NO EXCEPTIONS if you cannot get the kit this day, so please make sure you send yourself a reminder or have a friend or family member scoop one up for you if you aren't going to be around!   The Creepin' set will presale for $40, ONE DAY ONLY, before going up to its reg. price of $48 on APRIL 1st.  Again, we won't be able to honor exceptions so mark your calendars!  Woo hoo!!!!***

Also, while we don't have a guest for the TGF Farmers this month, we'll be back in April with our next guest!  We DO want to welcome the adorable ELENA JOLDERSMA back to TGF as a Team Anya guest for the month of MARCH!  Many of you may recognize Elena from previous Farmer days and we are THRILLED to have her back with us for a few weeks!  WELCOME Elena!

Thursday Throwback!

Hey there, Farmer Emma here to welcome you to Thursday throwback with TGF. The idea for Thursday Throwback is give a little bit of love to some of our older TGF stamps. You know those ones that you've had for quite a while, but they haven't seen any ink for a little while! Well we want you to get them out and show them some love...hehe!

I Love this Cowboy Ian, he is such a little Man in his cowboy outfit, the perfect stamp for a boys card, which I have to say is something I don't make enough of! So I thought it was time to give him a little love and to also add a boys card to my pile of seriously girly cards....hehe!

I was thinking how every little boy dreams about being a cowboy at some stage, so I thought this paper and sentiment was perfect to use with this card!

I hope this inspires you to pull out your less loved TGF Stamps and show them a little love. Otherwise you can find Cowboy Ian and all of his friends over at the TGF Store, here!

Top Crop Tuesday

Hi everyone, Farmer Tanya here today to bring you another Top Crop Tuesday.  This has got to be one of my favourite posts to blog because the fun part is that I get to choose some gallery favourites to share with you all :)

Terrifically TEXTURIZED FFF!

Hi everyone, it's Farmer Tanya here to bring you this week's Farm Fresh Friday.  Today's challenge is "Terrifically TEXTURIZED".  All you need to do is use 2-3 different TEXTURES on your project (this can be embossing, dry or wet or both, flower soft, glossy accents, 3d effects, etc.)

Today it’s my turn to pick a favourite in the gallery at the Greeting Farm. And I just love picking out a few new talents :-)

TGF Update and FYI

Greetings friends!!! Happy Valentines Day! I hope everything is all rainbow and sunshine! So CHA went well and Lily's dad is finally back home. He was stuck in CA for an extra week due to the snow storm that was passing mid-country. So now that he's home, hopefully we can resume on schedule with all things TGF on my end. All orders on Fri-Sun is being mailed out today. If you have sent us an email, please be patient, we will be answering them as soon as we can. :)

Now to the important stuff... lol. I know there has been many a sneak peeks of the new Creepin Kit that is scheduled to debut April 1st. I have been getting countless emails asking about it as well. As seen, the kit comes with some new Creeper faces! including Jack who was originally a digi and some sayings. :) Retailers who ordered the set will get to show and sell them first so be sure to check your LSS and TGF online retailer. If your main source of purchasing TGF stamps is through us, you will notice it is not in our online store yet. These kits will sell for $48 (same as the Roll Call kit).We will officially be selling this kit in the store April 1st BUUUUUUUT I know some of you can't wait that long so we will have a ONE DAY ONLY on March 1st for the sale price of $40. :)

In regards to Farmers Market, I've also been getting emails regarding that and this year we have decided to have it every 3 months as opposed to every month. Although some of you may be sad at the thought of this, please remember that we always have a coupon in our monthly newsletter so that's always a deal. Our next Farmers Market is March 24th.

We do have another important announcement effective immediately. Sadly we have been having several issues with shipping items to Mexico so we will temporarily not be able to ship to our Mexico customers. Items have been getting lost and/or severely delayed and until we find an alternative method of shipping that is both cost-effective and reliable, we are not able to ship there. If you are a customer of ours and from Mexico, we have several online stores (http://thegreetingfarm.com/retailers) that you can purchase from and/or you can contact us for any retailers in Mexico. We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any questions.

And last but not least a little photo of Lily Bean who is now a month and a half! She's growing up fast and getting bigger each day. She actually photographs big and then when people see her in person, they're shocked by her dinkiness. haha. She is also more tan than her daddy and I, who are pale ghosts in comparison. :)

I just love the pretty colors of this card by Sabina! It's so soft and sweet!

Maria Bell's card is just so happy and warm! What's not the love! It's so vibrant!

Tracey sure knows how to mix up her polka dots and stripes, doesn't she! I love how this card is fit for a "Dude"! :)

And lastly, we have a beautiful creation by Marsha! The fine details and the theme of "Love" really makes me say, "Aaaawwww! Too cute!"

Relay Roundup...

Hello my friends!

Sorry about the delay!  I am home but not really rested, LOL from CHA, Marie is busy manning the Farm and baby land and Ray will begin his trek back to the Farm tomorrow-things are all over the place but it was a GREAT week, GREAT release and we are THRILLED to have had a fun and successful CHA 2011!  We got to meet sooooo many cool peeps!  Here are a few photos:

Now it's Friday again, and it's my turn to hold the FFF challenge this week at the Greeting Farm. This time we want you to sew. Don't worry, sewing is seeeeew easy!
The seems kan be real - either made by hand or machine, as well as fake stiches - so called faux stiches.
I've sown mine with a stapler, just because I was a bit afraid of the sewing machine chewing the corrugated paper up compleately. I've made both some regular straight stiching as well as cross stiching :-).
