Taking Notes

Hello on this Wednesday! I'm breaking out of my small box and making an easel card. Ha, I am so behind. For today's project I used a couple of custom sticky note pads that I designed years ago during my career as Pink Poison. It was actually by complete coincidence that the notepads fit perfectly on these cards! I guess it was meant to be! I had started making the cards and whilst shuffling through my pile of jumbo mumbo randomness, I found two sticky note pads. HA! Perfect!

(sent this one to my dear friend in LA)

(it looks good with plain sticky notes too like below)

using the Creeper Crew stamp series

Even with the notepad in there, the card still folds nice over it. I stuck the pink one in a nice clear packet and mailed it off to a dear friend in Los Angeles so she can put it on her desk at work! This was a very fun project and so easy to do! I think you can find like sticky notes in lots of colors now so you can definitely make cute ones and they are oh so useful too! Or you can put a photo of a loved one on there while you're jolting down memos!

I'm off to make a million more of these to pass out. I wonder if I can find some more birdie notes! Make today a creative one!

Today's question: Name 3 things that's lying around your computer/desk.

Calculator, duck tape, and an Easter Anya stamp.

Beautiful notepads! On my desk - binders, stuffed animals, bag to go to the pool. I guess it's not so much a desk as a place to put stuff down!
