Little FYI

Hi ya buddies! Gosh Tuesday already... these  days are just passing so fast. The year is almost half over, can you believe it! My goodness. Oh well... at least summer will be here soon and I can once again live in shorts and flip flops.

Today I have another card to share? I know... what???! It's true! So for this card I used the all beautiful and serene Fleur Anya. I have like a gazillion Anyas but this one is soooo fun to color. I colored like... 6 of them in one sitting, all different dress colors and hair colors... and I used glittery pen on it too which unfortunately did not show up in the photo.

The two little heart punchies w/ buttons were made by DT member Sparkle Smith! She hand sewed the buttons on and they come with little adhesives on the back. She sold them on her etsy store and naturally I pleaded for some. Aren't they darling? Sparkle is just super talented right? Making gorgeous cards AND accessories.

The ROLL CALL kit
So after the ending of the fabulous Royal Battle last week, we have had several emails asking for the release date and/or presale of the kit and I am happy to tell you that the kit is scheduled to be released on the 15th! But as promised, we will be have a presale on it this Friday for $45 plus free shipping! Official retail price on this kit will be $48 (actual value over $90). It does have 10 Wild Sprout characters on it, all the same size as your normal sprouts, so making alterations limitless. Also it has several cute sentiments as well. So if you've been waiting for this kit, be here on Friday ok? I spent last night trimming mine out so I'll be doing massive coloring in my spare time. Yee Haw!!!

Also I have something weird going on with some random orders... the shipping cost is not being added to the total cost when one checks out with Paypal and we are trying to resolve that. It occurred to about 5 customers so far so... it's really random but just wanted to give you a heads up to double check your amount and make sure the shipping is included when you use Paypal. If the shipping is not added, please let us know so that we can send you an invoice for the shipping. And I am very sorry if this may cause any inconvenience, we will try to solve it asap. Majority of you will experience no issue at all.  Thank you!

Today's question is: What is your signature style?

Hmmm.... signature style... I guess mine would be lacking of bling or simple.

As for my signature style. Hmmmm I have no idea. I would have to say brights. I love bright colours - DP, colouring everything but sometimes can't get away with that. LOL.

My signature style...I guess would be flowers. I love to use flowers on everything (which is probably why I tend to do more girly things LOL)

They are so cute! My style is definately clean and simple!

My signature style tends to lead toward more elegant cards. I can make the fund crazy card for kids birthdays and etc. but I'm happiest when I can create an elegant or vintage card.

Thank you for sharing your samples with us they are great. Fuer
Anya is one of my new favorites. And I too have got to get "Roll Call" such a wonderful set!

I think my style would be somewhat modern or contemporary. I tend not to do "frilly" or "flowery".

BLing all the way and bold fun colors usually, been crafting outside the box lately though.

Love your card, it is really pretty. The Roll Call kit is so cute. My style is mostly shabby chic but it depends on my mood and what I am working on. I like to try different things on my projects to see what I like and what I don't.

Lovin' the new roll call kit!! I would have to say "punch queen". Love punched borders on my cards.

Jessica said...

love this kit, I so want that one!!!! Your card is fabulous, too!! As to my signature style, I'm kind of eclectic. I love trying out all sorts of styles, depending on which mood I'm in at the time. I guess I'm most drawn to cutesy and girly stuff.

Such an adorable card, and I am so looking forward to Friday's release! :)

Signature style...hmmm....I was adding flowers and baubles to every card, now I'm trying not to. So I guess it's in the process of changing, or trying to anyway. :)

I'm soooo excited about the Roll Call set!!!! I fear it must be my last scrapping purchase of the month becuase I've already gone Way OVER this month's budget with all the new cute releases...love Fleur Anya...looking forward to getting her in the mail too.

My style? Wow! Eclectic. I don't really have a style, I just sit down most times and let the mojo flow. When I'm done I either love it or not but my little projects always seem to have a mind of their own. Sketches make it so super easy. Love those when the mojo just isn't gettin' it.

Thanks for another FANTABULOUS release month ladies! TGF is the Bestest EVAH!

Smiles!
Gwen

how exciting! i don't know if I have a style. LOL!

Shaela said...

yes, Sparkle is super talented and oh so sweet - love that girl! :) My style? Um... no idea. With cards I like to make them elaborate at times, simple at times, and try new things. Always changing it up. But when I scrapbook, I like clean, simple lines with the focus on my photos and journaling. :)

LOVE your card, Marie! And I'm so looking forward to pre ordering Roll Call! Such a steal at $45!
I don't think I have a signature style. I do love earth tones and adding a bit of ink or paper distressing.

Huzzah616 said...

I don't use a lot of bulky embellishments on my cards. I tend to not use flowers and the like.

Sheng said...

cute card. i don't have a signature style. I tend to follow cards that inspire me, does that count?

for the most part, i love CAS cards though.

Roll Call is an awesome deal, what a wonderful collection of images. Don't know what my style is, but I've been told that they just knew it was my card when they saw it. I think that was a good thing? lol!

Paperzilla said...

Ooohh I just got paid today too :)

My signature style is probably lots of color and very whimsical. If you looked at my blog it's a lot of cardstock unique items :p

Hoping to change that with more stamps ;)

Lynda Nielsen said...

Signature Style huh? Hmmmm, I think mine would have to be, either vivid coloring, OR faux stitching, on almost every single card! I just can't stop myself! ha ha

Awesome card Marie! I love seeing your cards! =)

I have to say my style is somewhat Bohemian. I never end up with what I planned because I wander into other ideas in the process. I love dark and bright colors.
