Just a Quickie

Hey Friends! I have a tight sched today so just rushing in to announce the winners of last week's digi... HG Classy!

Digi Winners - please email me for the file
Melis
BaNessa
Stephanie J
FitterTwit
Carol

And then this Week's Digi is.....

Country Anya

You know the drill my friends... leave a comment this week for a chance to win her! And also no worries, I will be putting HG-Classy in the shop later this week. Have a great Monday... oh and I know that some of you were asking about camera and lighting and etc last week so I will touch more on that tomorrow!

Today's question is: Where do you shop for crafting supplies?

I do most of my shopping online at e-stores like Diecuts R Us, Stop and Scrap, Stampers Dream, Paper Trey... and then sometimes I go to Michaels if I need things like brads and punches.

Congrats to this weeks winners! Now for the answer to your question. I usually shop for supplies at either Michaels or JoAnn Fabric & Crafts. It seems that's all we have around here. Mostly just papers, ribbons, occassional inks, and some punches. The rest of the stuff I find in different places online.
Now I'm going to keep my fingers crossed for this adorable Country Anya, wow she's adorable! I just HAVE to have her!
Happy Monday!

Country Anya is just too cute.

Most of my crafting supplies are bought online as there are no decent craft stores locally. We do have a HobbyCraft, but it is overpriced and full of stuff I don't really want/need. There are a couple of very small shops nearby but not stocking the things I like.

Hmmm... Michael's, Hobby Lobby, Paper Couture and a few other online places. There is soooo much out there! Depends on if I need it now or later too. :)

Callie said...

I love little country Anya! Adorable!! So 99% of my shopping is online because when you live on a 3000+ acre farm, that pretty much ends up putting you in the middle of nowhere. The best craft stores are over 4 hours away. There are a few about an hours drive, but why drive when I can have Mr. Fedex bring it right to my door?? hehehe!

Tracy said...

I love to shop at Joanna Sheen, mainly as it's postage free.
Happy crafting

Shopping.. ahhh my favorite thing to do. I shop for supplies anywhere I go! From Ross to Home Depot to any stamp store I see. Ross has a 1 shelf area that sometimes has paper and stuff.. Home Depot has paint swatchs, magnets etc. I just keep watch where ever I go and let my imagination go.
As for stamps I order a lot from Addicted to Stamps that way I see all the brands out there.

Shelly Schmidt said...

Fun idea- Thanks for the chance to win! I shop online alot, and thru SU 2-3 times a year, and Hobby Lobby/Joann's and occasionally Michael's. I am using more digi's and love that they are instantly available to use-and in any size you like!

Toni said...

Ohhhh, Country Anya is too precious. What a cutie.

I shop for most of my supplies on-line now. You would think, living in Southern California, that I'd have more LSS available to me. They are around, yes, but the good ones require too much travel - and traffic!!!! There used to be a great LSS I went to when I was working, but now that I'm unemployed, that's out of the question (and too far away). I only go to Michael's as a last resort.

Dee said...

Well I used to shop at ac moore but NowI'm ordering more and more online or at specialty scrapbooking stores. I don't have a favorite place for all my supplies yet.

We no longer have a local craft store, so I either have to settle for Walmart....or, I go online. I have to say it has been more online than anything these days. I go to PTI or Overstock.com. They are both very quick and have good shipping prices. For my wonderful Copic's I shop CopicmarkerS.com.. They ROCK! They are so fast on the shipping and they are located across the states from me. Love this sweetheart! I hope I will... ;O) Have a great day, Lisa G

Too cute! I do most of my stamping here on the island as shipping to HI is way too expensive and takes forever! I like to support the local stores here. But when I do buy online it's usually from TGF. When I visit the mainland I go to Michaels!

I go to stores like hobby lobby, micheals and joanns when I can use a coupon but I shop online at stamp companies, simon says and paper maniac deliberations.

Blessings,
Christine

awe...she is darling too! thanks for giving us a chance to win...it's even more wonderful to know you can purchase her in the store after! I usually purchase my craft supplies at a local store in Hawaii or I do a lot of shopping online as well!

I shop all over. Mike's and Joanne's for some good paper deals on DCWV, online for other papers, SU! for CS, ribbon, etc...and my LSS for random other things. Oh...and lots of different online stamp companies for my stamps! :-)

LOVE Country Anya! I moved away from the Seattle area 2 years ago to a much smaller city on the other side of the state... we have a very small selection of craft stores, so I do most of my shopping online. When I need something quick, I usually hit the local Craft Warehouse.

The closest places to where I live are Joanns and Michaels for my scrapbook shopping. I order several items from my friend who is a Close to my Heart rep and I like a few online stores.

She's a cute digi. Perfect for spring, looks like she's ready to plant a garden.

i mainly shop a LLS (The Scrapbook Page), Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Joann. I buy all of my Neenah white & brown cardstock from Xpedx - a must visit!

Ooo! She's cute!

My LSS is CLOSING!!! D:
So now I'm going to have to buy mostly online for specialty stuff and JoAnn's/Michaels for common stuff. *sniff, sniff*

How cute is she!!
I usually shop online, Simon Says Stamp has fab postage discounts for international buyers - plus they stock nearly EVERYTHING!, and for the bits n bobs, I go to Big W, Spotlight or similar here in Australia. Nothing beats the simplicity of browsing online, ordering then waiting IMpatiently for the post to arrive!! ♥

Country Anya is too cute! As for where I shop, it really depends on what I'm looking for. Mostly online for papers... I'm a best price kind of girl, so I'm always looking for more places to shop. Lately, since I live in the land that time forgot, I get a lot of my stuff from Hobby Lobby..it's pretty much the only place here.
