Monday Card Critique

Greetings Stamperistas! We had a few techie problems over the weekend. First it was the shop and then it was the gallery. We managed to fixed the shop but in the gallery, a few card images were corrupted during the restoration. Because of this (and I really apologize) I would have to ask that those of you who have the 'No Thumbnail' image in your gallery, please re-upload. This is an inconvenience and I really do regret. This was totally my fault because I was trying to upgrade the system and then it crashed and then we had to restore it and in the process, some parts of the gallery photos was lost. To reupload, you would just have to login and click on that picture 'No Thumbnail' and replace it with another one so you can still keep old comments and etc. Again very sorry.

In another sad news, our beloved DT member Elena will be leaving the farm. Today is her last day. Elena has been with us for awhile and has done just beautiful beautiful work so I am trying to support her decision although I will miss her dearly. She has always been super supportive of TGF from the beginning and I think that her well wishes is one of the things that has blessed TGF. Please drop by her blog and leave her a thank you message for being such a big part of The Greeting Farm.

Let's see what else was I suppose to announce today. OH! New releases are tomorrow!!! yayyy! Also will be announcing some new DT members as well. Is it tomorrow? I'm sorry I am so scatter-brained right now. One of my goals is to go to bed earlier. Ha. The design dept at TGF has been working overtime and so although we have a billion new things that will be revealed in the upcoming months, it does drive my mind a bit crazy. haha.

Come back tomorrow!!!

Whoops My Bad

Whilst trying to upgrade the store, the human error that I am, accidentally cause errors on the website. So now I'm trying to fix that. HA! I shouldn't even be near a computer I swear!

Farm Fresh Friday

Good Friday friends! Another Friday, another challenge, another weekend coming up. =) I am going to try to not do any work this weekend. Ha! Actually I think I have to rearrange and clear out my rubber area for new rubber. Probably try to see what else I need to put on clearance to make room for the monster load that's coming. Have a great weekend and I will see you all tomorrow for a special announcement!

Merry Merry

Bonjour Stamperistas! Thank you all for the wonderful suggestions yesterday and I am extremely excited and happy to tell you that you will be seeing at least half of those requests granted within the next 3 months! One very popular demand will finally be answered in Sept. I wish I can reveal it now but I can't. Boo! Also another thing that I wanted to address was the 'background and scenery' topic. Taking into account the huge-ness of Anya and Ian heads, I thought it would be hard to fit it onto the rubber slabs. SOOOOO... if it is swell with you, I would like to propose we offer it in digi form. What do you think? If you say 'GO' I'll start taking a list right now. To all my Twilight-lovin' stampers, due to an overwhelming request I will work on something special just for you!

Also hope on over to Club Anya for the "I wanna be just like' contest and win free stuff!

So today I thought I'd show you all what's coming up in the paper department. Christmas is around the corner and so is this 6x6 paper pack! Coming soon!

MERRY MERRY 6x6 Paper Pack

Today's question is: She-Ra, Smurfs, Rainbow Brite, Jem & the Holograms, Care Bears, or My Little Pony?

Jem & the Holograms. I don't know what it is but the whole sparkly earrings and wild pink hair transformation was so entrancing to me back then. hahaha.

Ok so if you thought our little sprout Edward has wild hair, take a gander at one of his buddies here. His name is Hugh and a brand new addition to the Wild Sprouts family in Sept.

Today's question is: What other stamp images would you like to see more at TGF?

It can be anything... teens, cars, animals, sentiments, you name it and I will try my best to make it happen.

Top Crop Tuesday

Hi friends! Before I start rambling today I wanted to explain how to download your digis from the new store. I also posted this up in the Faq section and on each page of the digis in case anyone forgets.

All your purchased digital stamps are stored in your account. On the left hand side of your account page, there is a link that say 'My Downloadable Products'. All your digis are stored there. Once you click on it, a list of your precious digis will show up. Click on the one that you want and it should start downloading. The digi will download using Quicktime. So to save it to your desktop, go to 'File>Save Page As...'.

So far it seems that if you have Internet Explorer, it does not give you an option to save the image onto your desktop. I do suggest that if you can, switch over to Mozilla which has a higher compatibility to most applications and imo, is often more updated than IE. If you still have trouble downloading, please contact me and we will find another solution. =)

Ok now that today's bulletin is done with, let's get on with the good stuff!

Monday Card Critique

It's Monday! Over the weekend I went hiking up in the mountains and boy was I huffin n puffin. We were up there for at least 5 hours and I tell you my friends, I felt like I was in a boxing match by the time I got home. It was like "ehhh nobody touch me! I'm just gonna lie here like a lump on the couch now." But now it's Monday and I feel fabulous! HA!

Fall Gardener DT Call

Hello everyone! Happy Friday. We have another Farm Fresh Friday for you today, but first, our special announcement that we promised you....it's "THAT" time again....time to harvest our next crop...our FALL GARDENER DT CALL begins today!

Are you done jumping up and down yet? Ok, this is the important part. There are two calls going on at once, ONE for The Greeting Farm's Fall Gardener call and ONE for the Club Anya Design Team, aka "Team Anya". We want to give as many people a fair chance as possible, so that is why we ask that you please apply for only the ONE DT that you feel you'd be best suited for. That is up to you, of course :) Gardeners will receive a generous stamp allotment per month (not including Anyas/Ians as they will be delegated to Team Anya members). Due to our ever growing collections, we have decided it would be more beneficial to have Club Anya focus solely on their stamps and the Gardeners focus solely on main line. Details of benefits will be issued to all members who are brought onto the team. More details of benefits will be given should your application be chosen. We just know that there is a ton of talent out there and although we won't be able to choose all of you, so we want you to apply for the one you love the most! So if you want to join Team Anya go here. If you'd like to apply for a gardener position, keep on reading!

Here is all the info you need for the THE GREETING FARM (TGF) FALL GARDENER DT CALL:

FIVE Fall Gardeners will be chosen.

  • Project requirements:
  • DT member shall create a minimum of TWO samples per single stamp or stamp set. This will be required for each release. Due dates will be issued monthly by Jessica. Occasionally, these projects and/or stamp sets may be assigned as we are getting into the holiday season and may have more than the average number of releases during this term.

  • DT Members will be required to blog on their personal blogs a minimum of once per week using a TGF or stamp set on their own personal blogs We are also looking for members who would agree to do 1 Tutorial or Special Showcase project for Marie to use on the TGF Blog once during their term.

  • In addition, DT members will be required to participate in all release activities as delegated each month. This includes, but is not limited to, release parties, sneak peeks, previews, contests, and any other release-related activities. Our customers look forward to these events and your participation is key!

  • Posts regarding Club Anya or The Greeting Farm should not include a mention or solicitation of other companies.

  • Regular participation on PaperCraft Planet in our TGF group as well as uploading your projects to SplitCoast stampers.

  • Application Process:

Please submit 1-3 samples of your work, including a card or project using a CIRCUS THEME. This may include circus-y colors, bling, trinkets, anything you feel portrays the theme. Make it fun and wild and festive! We would like to see what you can do given a specific assignment and by sending in a new submission. Any Greeting Farm stamp set may be used. We are not only looking for talented DT members, but also those who are fanatics of The Greeting Farm and Club Anya. We believe that your enthusiasm is best showed through products that you love and are a fan of.

Please include the following information on your application:
  • Name
  • Email
  • Blog Address
  • SCS ID/PCP page link if you have one (you will be required to sign up for the TGF and Club Anya groups if you dont yet have a page)

Out Today

Hey friends. Just running in quick to post so that there's an entry for our stamp-a-day-giveaway. My pile of paperwork has come alive and threaten to demolish the apartment and also I've been feeling quite under the weather all of a sudden. I think it has something to do with Colorado's ever changing weather. But don't forget Farmer's Market is tomorrow! And it will be relocated to the new store. I will give it it's own category and the items will be listed there. I will also link it from here.
