Organization and Randomness

Hey! Hope Wednesday is starting out well for you! So I'm like knee-deep in stamps and trying to organize so I can get some sort of a clearance sale going on. Augh.... I don't even know where to start. Well at least my kitchen counter is clean. I moved all the rubber stack to the coffee table instead. LOL! My goal is to list them in the clearance section in the shop for tomorrow so be sure to check there. =)

Ah so lately I've been trying to find some nice books to read. And of course you may not know but I have not read Twilight yet. haha. Don't throw anything at me. I swear everywhere I go, there's someone in line or next to me talking and swooning over Edward. Yes yes I know who this Edward is but just never read the book so I don't quite understand what all the swooning is about. So my sister said she's mailing me her copy of the book. Ha! So I'll read it, cuz I am sort of a hopeless romantic at heart and I do enjoy reading about these non-existent perfect men. I'm a bit embarrassed to say sometimes I do read romantic novels but hey we are all friends here right? This will naturally be my question today.

Anyhoo let take a gander at our lineup today shall we? I also plucked some eye-catching ones from the gallery. Enjoy!

Gorgeous lineup ain't it? The talents always amaze me. *sigh* Have a great day!

Today's question is: You are the heroine in a story and your hero is a:

1. charming and gallant prince
2. poor but courageous warrior
3. smart and funny professor
4. a vampire or something unnatural like that lol.
5. mean spirited villan

Hmmm... I'm gonna have to go with the poor but courageous warrior. Lol. Because if I'm kidnapped somewhere I'm gonna need someone to go through a crowd of bad guy to save me without worrying if he's gonna get this clothes dirty or not.

Pretty pretty cards! They're all so creative and gorgeous!I love love love Faith's details, that water pitcher is so pretty with that stamp, the r/w/b theme of Maria's set is wonderful and Melyssa's circus card is adorable! Great job everyone! I wish I had more room to gush over every single one of them!
I can't wait to see what's on clearance tomorrow. Woohoo! Okay, I didn't read Twilight either but I saw the movie and loved it. DH is a big vampire anything fan and he still talks about the movie. And speaking of my hero, I married DH when he was a poor and courageous warrior. ;)

Loving those Wild Sprout and Hope and Grace cards today! Very cute! Hope you obtain some organization soon Marie - it must be crazy at your place! hahaha

As crazy as it sounds, my hero would probably be a vampire or something unatural. Until I was 16 or so, my dreams never contained a human. It was always a vampire or something sinister. Weird right? Funny thing was, I was never an avid reader, so don't ask me where these characters came from!

WOW, again such gorgeous cards! You have such a talented DT!!
I love your stamps and can't wait to see what's on clearance tomorrow, clearance, I love that word, lol!

I CAN'T BELIEVE you didn't read 'Twilight' yet, shame on you, I'm so disappointed in you right now ( ;o) )!! It's a good thing your sister is sending it to you, you are sooo going to love it I'm sure!
I live in the Netherlands and I've read the books in Dutch and when I finished those I went back to the bookstore and bought them in Engelish too, lol, I'm hopeless, I know.

Guess what my answer to your question is? Edward! *sigh* I mean, a vampire! Guess you didn't see that one coming did you? (If only he was real..lol Yep, hopeless, I told ya!!)

Hugs, Naoual

Lovely sample cards! I am in love with these cute images. :o) TFS!
I hope you'll like Twilight. If you are romantic, than it will be perfect. I would choose a vampire, just like Edward... handsome, rich, charming, smart, and doesn't go for the skinny blond. :o) But in real life, I would just go for DH again...

You will really enjoy the Twilight books -- they were a fun read. You left out a swashbuckling pirate in your choices... every since Jack Sparrow made his mark I have fantasized about being on a ship with him.
Can't wait for the sale tomorrow!!! It will be my son's birthday but I will be getting the gifts!! :)

These cards are just TDF gorgeous! Great job everyone!

I would honestly say my dream hero would be #2 - poor but courageous :) We don't need a lot of money to have beauty in life and to know someone loves you fully, unconditionally and fights for what he believes is right, well, you just can't put a dollar amount on that :)

OMLV! (OHmyLovelyVampire!)
What an awesome lineup of cards! Everyone's details and coloring are perfection!!!
Seriously, girl, you're going to need to take a whole night off to read Twilight - once you start you won't be able to stop! ;)

Awesome cards!!! You're going to LOVE Twilight. I'm on the last book (tear) and loving it!!! I feel so sad that there won't be any new ones, I'll probably have to go back and re-read them LOL...I would probably have to pick #4...a vampire. They're just too sexy and mysterious, and if they're anything like Edward I'd pick that anyday over some Pretentious horseback riding prince. LOL

Looking forward to the clearance sale...seems my grad money will have to be used towards paying off credit cards i've ran up on stamps YIKES!!!

lol. Tough question, but I'd go for any of them as long as they were physically perfect, angelically good and honest, super rich, madly in love with me, and crazy intelligent. That's all, no high standards for my fictional love interest for me. And you are in for a real treat, reading twilight.

Beautiful cards! I really love the Big Top one.

Vampire - most definitely!

Wow! What a gorgeous line up of the cards!
Now to the question - poor and courageous warrior!

What! You've never read twilight? LOL! I read all 4 books I think in 3 weeks. The books are easy read. . .

How about "the Host" by Stephenie Meyer (author of Twilight). . .it's her first "adult" book. I think you'll like that book too.

I'm currently reading "Angels & Demons". Quite a fascinating book.

A good autobiography is Valerie Bertinelli's book. Wow, her marriage to Eddie Van Halen is quite "interesting". She's a trip! I could go on and on. . I love reading.

As for your question. . I say I would be a smart and funny professor! LOL! I'm pretty square in a quirky way!

Maria

Wait. . I read the question wrong. My hero would be definitely a vampire or something unnatural! LOL!
