Splendid Spree #4

I've decided that for our last spree, it should be the stamp of your choice! You heard right! The winner can select any set that they want.

BONUS *** You will also get your choice of a free Postcard Set from the shop! It comes with 5 postcards with 5 envelopes. Now that's Sweet!!!

***********************************

I thought our inventions yesterday were very fun! Lol. Looks like the Automatic House Cleaner was most popular. haha. I would like Laundry Finder too. Oh or like a magic oven that will make anything you want. Just type in the recipe and it will be done. Yea...

I thought I'd start off this week with a very very pink card to show you. Lol. I used the Xmas Birds set. These birds are so fun to color! And of course he must coordinate with her outfit eventhough its pink. He doesn't mind though because he loves her. haha.

For this one I used the Cup of Stuff set.

Today's question is: Do you have a nickname?

Mine is 'Ai' which means 'Tiny' in my native language. I was a preemie so I suppose that's where it stems from. Lol.

I don't have a nickname my friends use in real life, but i have my web nick. I've been using it for years in my "virtual life" and there are many people who know me, but don't use my real name. So i think it counts.

Wow! What a wonderful spree! Thank you! My nickname at my blog is Theredhairedgirl!

Ok so this is kinda humiliating. My nickname though highschool was "jizzikah" (my real name is jessica). One of my friend's wrote that on one of my book covers, and my poor naive self thought, "oh what a cool way to spell my name." That's when I was a freshman. It wasn't until my junior year did I find out what the connotation was behind the name. By then, the damage was done and everyone who knew me called me jizzikah.

to this day, my group of friends calls me that. lol!

Mine is pattykins because my friend Heather in High School decided to add kins to everyone's name. You know, Heatherkins, Laurakins... etc. Mine somehow stuck.

Old friends will call me Heebs (short on my maiden name). My nickname although unoriginal is Kim, short for Kimberly. I know, I'm so plain :-)

I don't have a nickname now but in elementary school my friends called me Ribsy because I could eat anything and still remain skinny--unfortunately I can't do that anymore!

Oh man! I have several nicknames! Most of them have revolved around my hairstyles over the years! I have curly, curly hair and in high school it was cut short - like Sigorny Weaver kind of short - hence the nickname 'Ripley'! Then in college I was trying to grow it out when I given the name 'Fluff'! For the last ten years my nicknames been 'Macca' because my last name has a Mac in it! :D

PS. I absolutely ADORE your new pirate set coming out!! I saw Jen's sneak peek and I just about jumped out of my chair in delight!! So FUN!!!

Love those Xmas birds!

I don't really have a nickname...but I always wanted to be called Coach for some reason. LOL! I tell my kids, call me coach, not mom, but it doesn't work! ;) Lisa K in TX

I have lots of nicknames. But I think Ash is the most popular one. My favorite though is what my step dad calls me "Crashley" because I am SO clumsy.

MY nickname is NeeNee. I take care of my nephews, now 4 and 1. When the oldest, Landon was learning to talk he could not say Becky and it came out NeeNee especially when he was crying and wanting up - so it stuck. Even his mom and dad just call me NeeNee now!!

Right now I guess my only nickname would be Sue (short for Susan) but in high school everyone shortened Susie Q and I ended up just being "Q".

Mine is just WONDERFUL and I can't believe I'm sharing this out loud LOL! Well, my name is Jessica. My sister, who is 10 yrs. younger than me, used to pronounce it "Ca-Ca". Lovely, right?

This stuck for years, but then it disappeared and iwas QUITE happy. Well, that was until it came up during a conversation w/ my boyfriend, now HUSBAND, and well...he totally adopted it and uses it often. I'm a lucky, lucky gal! LOL!

Randi said...

I have lots of nicknames, but the oldest one I have is Little Randi. My father is also named Randy. So, it was a way to distinguish us. It was really embarrassing once I got in high school and boys started calling. They'd give the phone to my dad and then he'd say "oh, you mean little Randi". To this day, my whole family still calls me that.

Your xmas birds card is super cute!!

My current nickname is Fuzzy Butt or FB for short. My husband gave it to me because when we first started dating I was a single mom of two and would sit on the floor to tie their shoes or put on coats...stuff like that and always had fuzz on my pants. LOL!!!

I totally missed yesterdays question... I want one of those holodecks they had on Star Trek, where I could be anywhere and do anything...that was cool!

Nicknames... I've got a bunch, Jaymers, Jamester, James, J-Bo, and some of my military girlfriends call me by my last name - Bova. When I'm grumpy, my boys call me mom-ster.

Love the pink birds! I'm thinkin' those birds are so cute you could color them rainbow and they would still be adorable!!

hugs, Jami

I don't really have a nickname now, but in grade school I was "Tinkerbell". In high school I was "Kick", short for my maiden name. Some co-workers a while back used to call me "Lady Di".

I love the X-mas birds in pink. I never would have put that together myself. Thanks :-)

Love the cute cards!! Fortunately, I never had a nickname! None ever stuck cos I'd never respond to any name that wasn't mine :P

When I was young I used to be called "carrot top" (yes I am a red head). Now everyone I work with calls me "Mom". I'm not sure which is better.

I have several nicknames. Most call me Julz. I also get Jubbers or Jul. My friend Tracie calls me Skeeter as my husband's nickname is Scooter. Skeeter and Scooter.... *sigh* LOL

My nickname growing up with Jiff. My sister, who is 4.5 years younger than me, could not say my name when she first started talking. Instead of Jennifer, she said "Jiffner", which was quickly shortened to Jiff. Now, most of my friends call me Jenn.

sammy's wondering what stewie's been up to, since it's been a little quiet from him for a while! maybe you'll make a boston terrier stamp sometime? they look a little caricature-ish anyway, so I'm sure you could design a cute stamp of them!
